Republican Voters Against Trump

Admittedly, Donald Trump's ability to twist reality without consequence does often look like magic. All appearances aside, however, clearly it is not.
Every Arrow in Our Quiver
Do You Remember This?
Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, called the whistleblower "the reason we're all sitting here today," admonishing the committee's process. In a brilliantly simple paradigm shift, Rep. Peter Welch, D-Vermont, turned what was being said about Trump's escapades back into what he had actually done.
There was no wizard behind the curtain in the magical land of Oz. Nor is there any magic involved in the smokescreen, which Trump has created to shield him from the falsehood of his fitness to be President of the United States.
Watch President Reagan First
The Wizard of Oz was just a man from Kansas with a hot air balloon. Donald Trump is just a man from New York who has mastered and deployed to perfection the magician's misdirection skill.
From the trivial to the vital, a paradigm shift is so powerful it can even save lives. In the age of lunar exploration, it was a simple paradigm shift that provided the crippled space capsule Odyssey with enough power to bring Apollo 13 and all three astronauts back from the moon.
The paradigm shifts in "A New Democratic Blueprint" have that kind of power to respond in kind to the reelection madness that Trump has unleashed on the country. Defeating him and his posse will take everything we've got, including the kitchen sink. This has been a Presidency the likes of which we have never seen before. No other President has required such an unprecedented response. That begins with exposing the illusion that is Donald J. Trump.
We are in a war, not only for the soul of our Democracy but for its very existence. Yet, Trump and his enablers are fighting with weapons we rarely, if ever use, for they are perceived to be weapons of fear. So, this must be said at the very outset.
This We All Know to be True...
It can be one of the most powerful weapons of persuasion. For it is a weapon not found on the low road, nor the high road. Like the land that grows both foods that sustain life and deadly poisons like nightshade, this weapon is most decidedly neutral. It can be wielded by the practitioners of lies or lifted high by the champions of truth to the significant benefit of all. It is a paradigm shift. Paradigm shifts are often of true importance, and the ones we make here and now will have the power to change the playing field not just in two months but for years to come.
Democrats are understandably right to be cautious of our own messaging as relates to fear. The way fear has often been used in campaigns can be seen in what Donald Trump is doing now, fictionalizing future events and injecting fear from their portrayal. A fictionalized future, however, is not the reality of this election, nor our lives.
The voices in opposition to Trump are growing every day. Be it online, on television, in the pages of books, or shared in the connections we have with each other, it all stems from people who share this truth at the core...they understand what is at stake. They understand how Trump impacts them personally. They understand the personal impact Donald Trump could continue to have on us all.
In truth, this election is not about a need to create a fear of four more years. It is about illuminating the truth of them. It is about imparting the understanding of personal impact not to the American people but also on each American life. Every one of us will have a singular take on that. However, the danger is universal, and it is the origin of our collective fear and the vital need for a winning response.
A paradigm, which is "a framework containing basic assumptions," belies its power and that of a paradigm shift. That is best illustrated with examples. Replace the sugar in a cake recipe with salt, and you have a very different cake! Most often than not, paradigm shifts are quite simple by nature.
Dorothy's little dog Toto pulled back the curtain and exposed the "great and powerful Oz." It is "We the People" who must pull back the curtain on the illusion that is Donald J. Trump.
"Pay No Attention to that Man Behind the Curtain"
Public Impeachment Inquiry - November 13, 2019
There were eighteen episodes of television's "Breaking the Magician's Code: Magic's Biggest Secrets Finally Revealed." Each one contained a related form of this same line. "While you were watching this, the magician was doing that." Put that frame around everything Trump has done in the past three-plus years, and the smokescreen vanishes.
Whatever the reason Donald Trump first decided to run for the Presidency in 2015, it could not have been to win. He had to know from the start that he didn't have the experience for the job. He may be a con man, but he can be a smart one. How well-suited he would be to be President was never part of the illusion he carefully crafted in the primaries.
The illusion that Donald Trump is fighting so hard to protect is that he IS QUALIFIED to be President.
Simply, we know he is not. Trump didn't have the required experience for the job then, and he doesn't have it now. No slight against the man, but the Presidency of the United States is not an entry-level position. First and foremost, Trump hasn't fulfilled the job because he doesn't have the experience to know what to do. Along with that has been his total inability to accept the council from knowledgable people.
A Paradigm Shit Preview - The Power of "What if"
Stripping away all else, the "trick" of actually being President is beyond this magician's skills. If that reality becomes a part of everything "We the People" do or say to challenge him, then the illusion will have lost all its power to mask the truth.
If a happening and its reporting are positive, Trump will keep it and relish in it. If it is negative, he misdirects it elsewhere, most notably how he directed a response to the Corona Virus on to the states. With so few days left until the election, that process has shifted into overdrive. The amount of misdirection he is doing is a direct result of the wildly outrageous and often illegal actions he himself is taking.
